The honest short answer
The 2026 Oktoberfest parade was held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, September 12. It started on Edelweiss Strasse, turned left onto Chattahoochee Strasse, then right onto Main Street, and the official keg tapping followed at the Füssen Biergarten at the Helen Festhalle. The Chamber does not state an admission policy for the parade; its parade page carries official updates.
Then the keg
Right after the 2026 parade, the official first keg of Oktoberfest was tapped at the Füssen Biergarten at the Helen Festhalle, and the Chamber’s guests from Füssen, Germany tapped the second keg.
Still to come this season
The Festhalle stays open nightly through Sunday, November 1, 2026, with a Halloween night costume party on Saturday, October 31. Our schedule page has the hours for every night.
